I Love Coffee Dearly - 05/16/14
Ever since I can remember, I've loved the taste and smell of coffee. I usually average anywhere from 2-5 cups per day, and I'm trying to cut back. Now that I've been on the early morning shift for a little over two years, I find myself needing a cup of it to function correctly. I don't like that feeling at all. Our new executive producer for Fox17 This Morning doesn't drink caffeine, and she has inspired me. After reading several articles on gradually quitting, I've decided to take it down to one cup a morning (starting today) and drinking green tea with lemon and honey to replace any daytime cravings.
Any advice on giving up coffee/caffeine? I welcome your thoughts: @ErinSteerClear
