Working Out The Right Way - 07/10/14
Yesterday I went to the gym with Barak Shapiro to get some weight lifting tips. I've always wanted sculpted arms, and it always feels like no matter what I do- it's my trouble spot. Barak showed me the proper form for bicep and tricep exercises and told me to use lower weight and more reps. My arms are sore today so I trust his training! He also told me to concentrate more on eating protein and veggies (less carbs and cheese)- I'm going to implement his new diet advice as well. I'm not trying to lose weight, but I want to tone and tighten up! Since I've turned 30, I've found it a little harder to eat as much as I do (pasta mmmm) and stay in shape.
