Keeping a promise to myself - 05/19/14
This time last week, I was writing about starting the week off right. The two ways I'm doing that is by eating better early in the morning and working out. One week in, and I'm still with it!
I thought I'd write about it to remind you that even if you're starting at zero, you can do it. Everybody starts somewhere so no matter where you're starting, go for it!
