Judge Orders Accused John Rich Stalker to Wear GPS Device

NASHVILLE, Tn. (AP)-- Chris Sevier, a former Nashville attorney who was charged with stalking country star John Rich (Big & Rich), has been ordered by a judge to wear a GPS tracking device until he can be mentally evaluated.
General Sessions Judge Casey Moreland stated it was the "least restrictive" condition he could put on the 36-year-old. Sevier has also been charged with stalking a 17-year-old girl, along with charges of aggravated stalking, stalking and criminal impersonation.

Sevier was recently interviewed by Fox 17 about his involvement in the Rich case. One which alleged he sent emails and a picture of his half-naked body draped in an American flag to the singer. Sevier was also covered in "fake" blood.
Sevier was also warned not to mention Rich or the girl on social media platforms.
