NASHVILLE, Tenn. - For the first time, we hear from the Nashville bar owner accused of killing country music singer Wayne Mills. Christopher Ferrell is out of jail tonight after a judge lowered his bond. Police say he fatally shot Mills at the Pit and Barrel bar earlier this month. During the hearing, Ferrell testified he has received a dozen death threats on social media and by phone. Ferrell's attorney David Raybin says Ferrell and Mills had been friends for more than a decade. Police believe the 2 got into a fight over smoking in the bar. Ferrell claims the shooting was in self defense.
