California--

Tea Party groups protest a court's ruling to uphold a California School District's decision to ban student from wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo because it could possibly offend Mexican students.

The controversy started back in 2010 went Oak Hill High School forced four students to take off their American flat shirts because administrators feared it would start a fight between the Latino students and White students.

Recently, an appeals court upheld the school's decision saying it was legal to abridge white students' free speech right to protect Latino students' feelings.

Protesters were decked out in American Flag clothing.
