A California woman says she doesn't want anyone to feel the way she did after a Subway employee wrote a disparaging remark on her order.
Allison Brown is filing a lawsuit to make sure no other customers are ridiculed by workers who know they'll get away with it.
She says she picked up dinner for her and her husband only to be stunned by the words written on one of the boxes when she got home - "Big Mama."
Brown says she was inspired to eat right by Subway commercial spokesperson Jarrod and has been a loyal customer for years. When she went to the franchise owner for an apology, Brown claims she was told the worker is young and doesn't know any better.
