3 Teens Injured in Single-Vehicle Dickson Co. Crash

Three teens were LifeFlighted Monday to Vanderbilt University Medical Center after a car crashed in Dickson County, according Tennessee Highway Patrol spokesman.

A vehicle was traveling on Double Branch Road near County Hwy 1854 at an excess speed, said THP spokesman Sgt. Bill Miller. The vehicle hit an area of gravel in the roadway and then lost control. It slid out of control over the left side of the roadway, where it struck a ditch and several trees.

The driver, a 16-year-old, may face charges.
