One local Santa came to Germantown's Morgan Park and broke out the red suit 6 months early.

There's no shortage of brew on tap.Steve Yazell and his girlfriend, Tu Trieu got to taste a variety of beverages from local brewery's.The couple  and  nearly 1500 other people  donning their festive gear mingled to a mix of holiday and dance jingles. Even though the snow is fake...the real music city Santa Claus stopped by from Santa's Pub.

Just a few blocks from the state capitol and the Nashville Sounds future home...businesses and condos are popping up all over Germantown.

According to "Nashvilleonthemove.com": home prices appreciated more than 13 percent in the last five years...

Laurie Cantrell, says, " When I pulled in this morning to setup, I was just blown away."
