NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- The Hendersonville Police Department charged 25-people --mostly juveniles-- after HPD responded to what was called in as a residential burglary on Cherokee Road. Instead of finding thieves, they found a party in progress.
The owners of the home were out of town but a family member told partygoers where to find the key to the home. Fifteen people were charged with criminal trespass, eight with criminal trespass and underage consumption of alcohol and two juveniles were taken to the hospital for treatment in reference to the ingested alcohol.
