The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to the state's Top Ten Most Wanted list: Joshua Adam Comer, of LaFollette, Tenn.
Comer, 33, is wanted by the Campbell County Sheriff's Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for the murder of his girlfriend's 3-year-old daughter on June 10, 2014.
A Campbell County Special Grand Jury indicted Comer for first-degree murder. The young girl's mother was also indicted for aggravated child abuse, and is currently in custody for the same incident.
When deputies of the Campbell County Sheriff's Department attempted to arrest Comer, he fled from a residence on Whitman Hollow Road in LaFollette.
He is described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and green eyes. He is approximately 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left wrist and arm.
Comer has a criminal history of theft, domestic violence and evading arrest. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Comer is urged to call TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
