D'IBERVILLE, Miss. (AP) -- The DUI trial of Todd Harrell in D'Iberville Municipal Court has been postponed at his attorney's request.
The Sun Herald reports the Escatawpa native and founding member of rock band 3 Doors Down was set for trial Monday on a charge of driving under the influence of a substance other than alcohol, second offense.
Court officials said no reason was given for the postponement.
The new trial date is Dec. 16.
The DUI charge alleges Harrell was driving impaired by prescription drugs in D'Iberville on Feb. 18.
Harrell is on house arrest in Nashville, pending resolution of felonies including vehicular homicide by intoxication.
