Owners of First Tobacco and Beer Market Will Go Before a Judge This Morning

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Owners Said Ebrahim Fahim and Maged Youssef Milkhail from First Discount Tobacco and Beer Market and Dolphin Market are accused of selling synthetic 7H Kush, Maui Maui and Purple Diesel. It is used in e-cigarettes to allegedly give a marijuana type high. Metro officers say they found out about the markets selling the synthetic liquid after a concerned parent called them. Police say stores were selling the items for about $40 a bottle.
