NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Each year hundreds of Metro students are left out of Pre-Kindergarten programs because of limited space. The district believes the programs are critical to long term student success. MNPS is planning to expand Pre-K by adding up to five hundred new seats next school year. As part of the plan, Ross Elementary and Bordeaux Elementary will be converted to Model Pre-K Learning Centers. Students currently attending those schools will be rezoned to other schools.
