THURSDAY WASTE WATCH: Computer Problems Resurface in State Foster Care Program

The state foster care program went through some dark day in 2012, losing count of the number of children who died in state custody.
Since then, the department has been undergoing major reorganization to make sure this never happen again. They've invested millions of your tax dollars to install a computer database to keep up with their case load, but it seems problems are surfacing again.
Thursday, in a special Waste Watch investigation, FOX 17 finds out just how much of your money the state's been shelling out to make improvements and upgrades to a computer database that critics say should have been taken care of long ago.
