Waste Watch: Use of Sandy Relief Money Scrutinized

Hurricane Arthur raced up the east coast just last week leaving behind only little damage in its path. That's great news given how severe the damage from hurricanes can be. Meanwhile, the federal government has just announced a new round of disaster relief money for states hit by super storm Sandy in October of 2012.

This third round totals $2.5 billion dollars. Senior Independent Investigative Reporter Sharyl Attkisson found out where some of those taxpayer billions go, and where they don't.
