"This is a way to get the kids more involved in the outdoors," says Bass Pro Shops' Shelly Long. "It's something free for the family, so it's no cost to them and they can come out and have fun and learn more about the outdoors to get them outside more."
They also offer FREE seminars about life in the wild and the great outdoors. Every child who attends the seminar and completes the scavengar hunt afterwards gets a free Bass Pro Shops lapel pin. The camp is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-6pm and Saturdays and Sundays from Noon-5pm.
