Thiis is one of those Saving You Money nights when you get more bang for your buck...

  I know it feels great to get a refund, but the truth is, if you're getting a refund, you're letting Uncle Sam take too much of your paycheck during the year.
   Simply adjust yoru tax withholding amount any time with your employer.....  then use that extra money throughout the year to pay down debt, save or invest and earn interest.

  Also affecting your "bottom" line?
   Toilet paper.  Consumer reports is out with its 2012 ratings and chose White Cloud, only sold at Wal Mart, as the best  buy.
   Consumer reports tested things like strength and disintegration.
    Celia Kuperszmid Lehrman / Consumer Reports Deputy Editor says
  " We also found that a lot of companies are sort of short sheeting their toilet paper rolls. They've actually decreased the number of sheets in the rolls, even though they say jumbo roll and they've also sometimes actually decreased the actual size of each square of toilet paper. So the better thing to do is actually look and see how many square feet it's giving and use that as a comparison tool."
    The Great Value brand, Quilted Northern and CVS toilet paper alsu flushed out the competition.

  Nashville public library branches are offering book sales.
  The next sale is here at the Green Hills branch next  Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
   You can get books and media for just a couple of bucks.
