Just show up with your papers at L.P. Field from 8 til noon Saturday.
They're only taking paper products.
And St. Thomas Heart
Hospital is back with its free heart healthy cooking classes. A
registered dietician and an executive chef will teach you how to cook
healthy recipes that will improve your cardiac health. The next class
is Nov 6, at St. Thomas cafeteria. Call 1-800-588-3270 to sign up.

One more freebie. Shrek the Halls is at
Rivergate Mall tomorrow from noon til 4 near the food court. It's a free
family friendly event!
