The Top 8 performed for your vote last night and now only 6 remain. Diamond White, one of Britney Spears' contestants that she mentors, sang for her shot to stay in the competition. She is one of 2 contestants that had the lowest votes this week and had to sing to try to convince the judges to pick her to continue on into the Top 6. Also performing to stay in the Top 6: one of L.A. Reid's contestants: Vino Alan. All 4 judges said they had a very difficult time deciding who to send home: him or Diamond White. The only vote he got to stay was from his mentor L.A. Reid. Everyone else decided his time on the show is over. Last week, Carly Rose was #1 on the leader board, meaning she got the highest number of votes. This week only .1% separated the Top 2, but that coveted spot went to Carly Rose once again.
