COBLE, Tenn. - An E-F-2 tornado destroyed homes in Coble more than a week ago. In the aftermath, the community is uniting to help storm victims.
The old country store that had been closed for more than a year is now the meeting place for volunteers. Its where storm victims and workers can get a hot meal and warm up.
Donations of food and clothing are pouring for families impacted by the storm. Coble is hosting a benefit concert on Saturday, February 9th at 5:30pm. It takes place at the Old Coble Country Store at 835 Highway 483 in Coble.
Organizers say 100% of the proceeds will go to help storm victims.
