This is video of how the energy automation system known as "Easi" works.
Easi CEO Joseph Merlo says they don't shut anything off.
But instead, they work with the current systems to find and eliminate energy waste.
Merlo says, "We treat everything in the building that uses electricity. Air conditioning, motors, lights, refrigeration whatever is there."
The Trevecca system has reduced electricity use by 15%.
The cost of the project was $17,000.
The school could see the cost back in savings in just three years.
