ALLEN LEE BUMBALOUGH GOT OUT OF PRISON IN 2003 AFTER SERVING TIME FOR DRUG PARAPHENALIA AND DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE.
THE WHITE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS... BUMBALOUGH NEVER REPORTED TO THE PROBATION OFFICE AND HASN'T COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THE TERMS OF HIS RELEASE.
TBI's Kristin Helm says "Now he's wanted for violation of probation as well as for owing about 25-hundred dollars in child support. He hasn't been seen or heard froom sinice 2004."
