TBI's Most Wanted
Lt. Brad Hall says he was questioning Flesher when he heard the 4-wheeler start up and go toward another deputy. Deputies say that 4-wheeler turned out to be stolen and painted black to disguise it. Flesher quickly made bond but didn't show up for court and has been on the run ever since.
Authorities thought they had caught up with Flesher a few weeks ago. They chased him into a wooded area in DeKalb County. At that time he wasn't on 4-wheeler but a motorcycle, which he drove to the edge of the woods, jumped off and made his get-a-way on foot.
In addition to Tennessee, the TBI says Flesher has been arrested in Georgia in the past 12 months, and could be moving between the two states.
Flesher has three distinctive tattoos, one on each shoulder and the name Melissa across his stomach. He was born in 1970. He has brown hair, hazel eyes, is about 6'1" and weighs 205 pounds. If you've seen him, call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
