This is what Rodriguez Bills looked like the last time he was booked into the Maury County jail on a series of drug charges. But the last time authorities saw him, they were looking at the back of his head. Bondsman Jimmy Bloss says Bills was walking down the street and took off. During the chase, authorities say Bills ran past Riverside Elementary School in Columbia. The school was locked down for fear he might run inside trying to get away. Bills hasn't been seen since and the TBI says he should be considered desperate.
