He's a Clarksville teenager who's been on a one-man crime spree in recent months. One of his alleged crimes includes shooting an 8 month-old puppy.
15-year-old Avonce Jackson says Johnathan Covington was behind the family's North Clarksville home talking to his sister. When Jackson's father walked around back to see what was going on, Covington took off... first running, then shooting. The dog was hit two times.
Covington, who goes by "Jon-Jon" on the streets, is wanted now for 5 felony counts of reckless endangerment, felony weapons possession and aggravated robbery.
Jonathan Covington was born in 1989. He's 5'10" and about 140 pounds. He has a tattoo loop on his right wrist and the word "Lamar" tattooed on his left wrist.
Covington is believed to be hiding in or around the Clarksville area. If you see him, call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
