WZTV FOX 17 - Tennessee Mornings
B.J. Lofback, co-owner and co-chef of Riffs Fine Street Food stopped by TN Mornings to unveil a peanut butter-themed dish that will be available at a special Valentine’s Day food truck event supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee on February 14.
Riffs along with Hoss’ Loaded Burgers and The Grilled Cheeserie will be serving lunch at Second Harvest in Metro Center on Valentine's Day from 11AM - 2PM. Each truck will feature a special peanut butter-themed menu item and will donate 20% of sales to the Food Bank.
Peanut butter is an important item to donate because it is a protein-packed food item in high demand for Second Harvest’s Emergency Food Box program. To learn more visit secondharvestmidtn.org
