TBI Most Wanted: Terry Biles

Tonight, your help is needed to track down a man the T-B-I labels a part time rapper but a full-time criminal.

A trio of state and federal agencies is eager to wipe the smile off all of Terry Dewayne Biles faces.

T-B-I spokeswoman Kristin Helm says he bribed a clerk at a driver's testing station to accept fake birth certificates and social security numbers.

"He had people take these documents to this specific examiner who he had paid off to issue them fake driver’s licenses. About a hundred of them had been issued across the state."

Authorities tried to arrest Biles at his home in Murfreesboro in September of 2007. Operation Red Ball targeted 31 people in a federal drug and money laundering ring.

The T-B-I says Biles is part of a violent cartel called the "black mafia family."

Biles' neighbor Jennifer Kostmayer says, "I have 3 children so it was very scary and you don't want that kind of thing in your neighborhood."

Biles' mid-state rap persona includes a distinctive bit of bling that could set him apart in a crowd.

"He has a personal jeweler down in Atlanta. He had a pendant made with G-S-O-E on it which stands for the greatest show on earth and he's known to wear that pendant."

Terry Biles was born in November of 1969. He's 5'7 and about 165 pounds with tattoos on both upper arms. Biles' street names include "Taz" and "Jump Around." if you see him, call 1-800-tbi-find.

A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Terry Biles capture.
