Bobby Allen Raymer

The sheriff's department says Bobby Allen Raymer and another man beat, tied up and robbed Tony SIngleton at gunpoint.

Tony Singleton/Home Invastion Victim: "Well, they was here earlier that day playing darts with me and my buddies, they left about 7 o'clock. Bout 12:30, they come back while I was asleep and woke me up with a gun in my face."

Turns out, Raymer is no stranger to the law.

The TBI says he has violated his probation or parole by being arrested at least 5-times since 2001.

"Kristin Helm/TBI: "In 2003 He was actually convicted of second degree murder and did serve hard time. He served 3-years in prison and was on parole when this happened."

Raymer has almost as many tattoos as arrests. From his chest, to his arms, to the word "chaos" across his stomach.

All those tattoos could make him stand out in a crowd.

Bobby Allen Raymer was born in 1980.
