Release of Paul House Upheld
A federal appeals court upholds the release of a Tennessee death row inmate.
The U-S 6th District Court in Cincinnati ruled Paul House, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, should be released from prison later this month.
House has spent 22 years on death row for the murder of a Union County woman in the 1980's.
His murder conviction and death sentence were overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court two years ago, after claims that DNA evidence that wasn't available at the time, could have proven his innocence.
