Child Stabbed With Scissors at Middle School
A local sixth grader is in the hospital tonight after being stabbed with a pair of scissors at school.
Metro police say the 13 year old was stabbed this afternoon at Goodlettsville Middle School .
Authorities say the victim allegedly told a 12 year old to stop bullying another student, and the pair got into a fight.
That's when police say the 12 year old's twin brother stepped in a stabbed the victim.
The boy who allegedly stabbed the 6th grader is charged with aggravated assault while his twin brother faces disorderly conduct charges.
The victim is at Vanderbilt Medical Center in stable condition.
