More Changes for Bells Bend Development
The Bells Bend development plan in West Nashville continues to be changed to ease resident's concerns.
Now they plan on changing the location of a bridge to move traffic in and out of the area.
It moves the entrance from I-40, near the Costco off Charlotte Pike, and would bring people in from Centennial Boulevard off Briley Parkway, past the John C Tune Airport.
Developer Tony Giarratana says the may town center could become Davidson County's Cool Springs.
Tony Giarratana says: "Nashville Davidson County must be able to compete .. and the only way it will be able to compete is with a suitable corporate environment and thats what the May Town Center will create."
Giarratana says that more than two thirds of the total property in the project, a total of nine-hundred acres, will be preserved in its natural state.
