Tracking Device Attached to Accused Rapist's Jeep
New information tonight in the case of the man suspected of being the "Wooded Rapist".
Brentwood police say they placed a tracking device on Jason Burdick's car.
Burdick was arrested last week on charges of raping four women in Davidson County and trying to rape two others.
He's also suspected of 13 other sexual assaults in Davidson, Williamson and Wilson counties over the past 14 years.
Days before his arrested Brentwood police placed a GPS tracking device on Burdick's Jeep.
Police say they did "not" need a warrant to put the monitor on his car.. because they did it in a public place.
