Funeral Arrangements For Lakeisha White
Funeral services will be held this week for the 11-year-old girl who died Friday after allegedly being hit by a car driven by an on-duty Rutherford County detective.
Visitation for Lakeisha White, will be Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 at Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Gainesville Baptist Church, also in Hopkinsville.
Rutherford County's Sheriff's Department says White was hit after darting out in front of Detective Sergeant Ron Killings' vehicle on Bradyville Pike Friday night in Murfreesboro.
As part of official policy, Killings remains on administrative leave while the Murfreesboro's Police Department investigates the case.
