Toxicology Report Returned on Sergeant Killings
New information tonight in the investigation of a Rutherford County Sheriff's Detective involved in a car accident that killed a child.
Tonight law enforcement officials say toxicology reports came back negative
That means they believe Sergeant Roy Killings was not drunk when his was involved in the on duty wreck in Murfreesboro.
At the time, neighbors accused killings of throwing away a liquor bottle after the accident.
11 year old Lakeisha White was killed in friday's wreck.
The Hopkinsville, Kentucky native was in Rutherford county visiting her grandmother.
