Man Sought in Hotel Robbery
Metro police are searching for a man who robbed a local hotel Wednesday morning.
The robbery happened around 3 a.m. at the La Quinta Inn located at 531 Donelson Pike.
Metro police Captain Michele Donegan said the suspect walked into the lobby with a stick and demanded money from the employee.
Donegan said the suspect forced the clerk on the floor before taking the money and running from the scene. No one was hurt.
Police describe the suspect as a white male, between 25 and 30 years old. He was wearing a red bandanna at the time of the robbery.
