Smyrna Man Arrested for Alleged Rape
A middle Tennessee man is arrested after police say he raped a woman in Virginia.
Elvis Frazier from Smyrna was taken into custody during a visit with his probation officer in Rutherford county yesterday.
The 42-year-old Frazier is accused of raping a woman at a weigh station off of Interstate 64 in Virginia.
The 40 year old victim says she met the truck driver in a chat room in July and agreed to meet him at the station in the early morning hours of August 1.
That's when authorities say the crime was committed.
