Mosquito Spraying Starts Monday
A Hermitage woman tests positive for the west nile virus.
She's recovering and health officials are making plans to spray for mosquitoes.
Health officials aren't sure if the woman caught the illness in Davidson county or not.
So the department will increase testing for mosquitoes in the Hermitage area, where the woman lives.
And next week they plan to spray in Antioch because of repeated positive results on mosquitoes there.
The department will spray in the area near the intersection of Murfreesboro road and Bell road.
Spraying is scheduled for Monday and Thursday, weather permitting, and will start at dusk on both nights.
