WHITE HOUSE, Tenn. - Kris Leggett was traveling on Highway 31 W Tuesday when he drove through an intersection and collided with an antique store. Leggett's truck also ruptured a gas line, causing a fire. Friday, Robertson County officials released several phone calls that came into 911.
"I just got rear-ended by a guy here in White House, and then he ran past us, and then he smacked his truck and ran into a house, and he's on fire," says one caller.
Family members tell FOX17 NEWS that Leggett may have had a heart attack or brain aneurysm. His funeral will be held Saturday in White House.

Chattanooga festival expands smoke-free zone

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Many areas of the Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga are going smoke-free next month.
According to the Chattanooga Times Free Press (http://bit.ly/10I2RyA ), a smoking ban that applied to only areas of seating last year is being expanded for this year's event.
Friends of the Festival President Chip Baker saysinforming people of the restrictions will be a process. If someone lights up in a non-smoking area, the smoker will be handed a card explaining the new rules and will be directed to a place where smoking is allowed.
Riverbend will run from June 7-15.
