Logan Blakeley was found around 3am this morning at a stop light in Clarksville. According to police Blakeley was stopped at a green light and not moving. When Officer Szczerbiak approached the car he found Blakeley passed out in the driver’s seat with the car still running. Reports indicate once Blakeley was awake Officer Szczerbiak smelled alcohol on his breath. Blakeley then failed a standard field sobriety test and was taken to jail.
Officer Szczerbiak found an orange case containing a metal pipe, marijuana, rolling papers, and a vacuum sealed freezer bag. A Special Operations Unit was called into further investigate. Upon opening the vacuum sealed bag investigators found $30,000 in cash.
Clarksville Police were able to determine Blakeley the money came from a recent drug sale. That money has since been seized. Blakeley has been charged with DUI, Simple Possession, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Body found in Percy Priest Lake

SMYRNA, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorities say a body has been found in Percy Priest Lake in Middle Tennessee.
WSMV-TV (http://bit.ly/16gYKys) reports officials with Metro Police, the Office of Emergency Management and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency were at the scene Saturday at Hole In The Wall Island. The body was reported to authorities about 11 a.m.
TWRA officials say they believe the deceased man is a boater who disappeared in the lake two weeks ago.
Police said the agencies coordinated with each other to get a boat in the water and recover the body.
