A man was arrested by Metro Police on Oct. 30 for indecent exposure at the Madison Public Library on Gallatin Pike.
According to Metro police reports obtained by FOX 17 News, Jose Lopez, 62, was inside the library bathroom with the door wide open. When a man entered, Lopez intentionally exposed his genitals and began rubbing himself. Lopez motioned for the man to enter the stall with him and the man ran out and called police.
Police found Lopez standing outside the library. It was discovered that Lopez was at the library with his son.
Lopez was convicted in 2009 of the same offense. He is being held on $13,500 at the Davidson County Jail.

Union County DUI stop turns up 300 pounds of pot

MAYNARDVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Union County Sheriff's Office deputies say the truck appeared to be driven by someone under the influence and they stopped it.
Inside, officers found more than 300 pounds of marijuana.
The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/11QgEX9 ) reported authorities arrested 26-year-old Martin Urrutia Olmedo of Knoxville on Saturday morning. Olmedo was held without bond, pending a Thursday scheduled court appearance.
Sheriff's Sgt. Mike Butcher said the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is also looking into the arrest in which Olmedo was charged with drug, DUI and driving violations.
