Images of minors in sexual situations were found by Metro Police after they issued a search warrant and then searched a computer at a home in north Nashville.
Charles Steger, 46. was arrested on Monday on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor after police found 19 image files of minor females at his home on Gwynnwood Drive, according to police documents obtained by FOX 17 News. In addition, thousands of images were found of sexual erotica involving minor females posing in sexual positions.
Steger admitted to searching the internet for pornographic images of minor children using certain search terms. He also admitted to saving numerous folders on his computer.
Steger is being held on $50,000 bond in the Davidson County Jail.

Houston brother will be his own attorney in court

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Roane County man will face federal gun violation charges next month without an attorney.
The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/17VlXpM ) reported Rocky Joe Houston will represent himself on a charge of possession of a gun by a felon.
The charge came after Houston earlier represented himself in state court on charges stemming from a police chase. He was convicted of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
Houston and his brother, Leon Houston, were tried, but not convicted, in the 2006 shooting deaths of a Roane County deputy and his ride-along companion.
In federal court, Rocky Joe Houston is claiming the officer who charged him with the felony had no legal authority.
