WBFF Fox 45 :: New Movies this Weekend Include Crazy Star-Studded Comedy
Everyone from Hugh Jackman to Richard Gere will hit the screen this weekend. Here's your look at this weekend's new releases.

Hollywood offers several new releases this week just for the grown ups, starting with an R-raged twist on a classic fairy tale in "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters", starring Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arteron as the brother/sister duo who now have one mission: to take out evil. Followtheir hunt in 2D, 3D, AND IMAX.

Jason Statham brings his signature style of R-rated action to the movie "Parker". He plays the double-crossed thief from the best-selling novel. The film co-stars Jennifer Lopez as a down on her luck realtor who helps Statham plot his revenge.

Then it's R-rated comedy with the film that begs the question: what is it all about? It stars pretty much everyone in Hollywood. The cast of "Movie 43" includes Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Richard Gere, Emma Stone and many more. The storylines have one thing in common: raunchy outrageousness.

This week, audiences can also do a Jessica Chastain double feature with the Oscar nominee's scary movie option "Mama" trying to hold onto the top spot at the box office. Her Oscar-nominated film "Zero Dark Thirty" finished in 2nd place last week.

Miss. chooses new firm to run Woodville prison
May 18, 2013 20:50 GMT

WOODVILLE, Miss. (AP) -- Mississippi officials have picked a new company to run the Wilkinson County Correctional Facility.

Utah-based Management and Training Corp. announced Friday that the Mississippi Department of Corrections has chosen it to run the 1,000-bed prison starting July 1, the Natchez Democrat reports (http://bit.ly/10MvOGv).

Corrections Corporation of America, based in Nashville, Tenn., had run the prison since 1998. MTC says it will keep "the vast majority" of employees.

MTC will get a five-year contract to run the prison with two one-year options. Last year, officials chose MTC to take over East Mississippi Correctional Facility, the Walnut Grove Correctional Facility and the Marshall County Correctional Facility from the GEO Group. MTC won 10-year contracts for each.

CCA still runs the Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility and the Adams County Correctional Center in Mississippi.
