WBFF Fox 45 :: Still No Answers for a Bedford Co. Family
4 days after a massive house fire, the fate of two children in Bedford County is still unknown. The bodies of Leon and Molly McClaran were recovered, but the search for their 7 and 9 year old grandchildren continues. The search for the children's remains has really intensified. So much so that the scene looks like an archeological dig. Family members originally thought children Chloie Pope and Gage Daniel died in the fire, but when investigators were unable to locate their bodies, the TBI issued an Endangered Child Alert, raising questions and fueling speculation about what may have happened.

"Answers, just answers," says brother William Woods. "We know that Leon and Molly have passed. We don't know about the kids. We'd like an answer there. If we're looking the rest of our days, if they've passed. We're at peace."

Leon and Molly McClaran had custody of their grandchildren. Family members say the couple had raised several of their grandchildren because of strained relationships and problems with their biological parents. We will keep you up to date on all the twists and turns in this search. Any updates you can find on FOX17 NEWS at 9 and 10. TENNESSEE MORNINGS will bring you the latest overnight developments. Tenn. Powerball ticket worth $1 million
May 19, 2013 18:44 GMT

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket sold in Tennessee barely missed winning a share of an estimated $590.5 million prize. But the ticket has a nice consolation prize worth $1 million.

Officials say the Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Chattanooga.

There's no word yet on who won.

A Powerball ticket sold at a supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla., matched all six numbers selected Saturday night for the estimated $590.5 million prize. It's the highest Powerball jackpot in history.

The winning numbers were 10, 13, 14, 22 and 52, with a Powerball of 11.
