New information in connection with the multiple murder case on the
Tennessee-Alabama state line. An Alabama coroner believes a person
wanted for questioning in the case may have been found dead in Madison
County. Police have been looking for Warren Crutcher to talk with about
four people found killed Monday in Lincoln County. The victims are
Chabreya Campbell, 22, her 18 month old son Rico Ragland, 21 year old
Amber McCaulley and 21 year old Jessica Brown. Police say Campbell was
six months pregnant. Investigators say Crutcher is the father of
Campbell`s surviving three year old son. The coroner has not positively identified the dead man in Alabama, but says the cause of death was not suicide. Stay with Fox 17 News for more details.

Houston brother will be his own attorney in court

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Roane County man will face federal gun violation charges next month without an attorney.
The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/17VlXpM ) reported Rocky Joe Houston will represent himself on a charge of possession of a gun by a felon.
The charge came after Houston earlier represented himself in state court on charges stemming from a police chase. He was convicted of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
Houston and his brother, Leon Houston, were tried, but not convicted, in the 2006 shooting deaths of a Roane County deputy and his ride-along companion.
In federal court, Rocky Joe Houston is claiming the officer who charged him with the felony had no legal authority.
