Metro Police are looking for a former NFL player. Investigators say 69-year-old David Hathcock was on his daily walk from his home in the Bradywine subdivision but never returned home.
His wife got worried and call police. It's common for Hathcock to take walks. But his son tells Fox 17 there is one usual thing from Hathcock's routine that's making things a lot more difficult for investigators. "He did leave his cell phone behind. That's unusual. It's just one of those days you forget it and things happen. I wish he did have it, this would have been solved very quickly."
Police say Hathcock is 6' tall, 220 pounds with grey curly hair. He was
last seen wearing a black jacket, blue polo shirt, khaki pants, and a
Memphis State baseball cap. If you have any information about Hathcock's
whereabouts, call police.
Hathcock was a member of the 1966 Green Bay Packers who won the very
first Super Bowl. Anyone that has seen him should call Metro Police at 862-8600.

Tenn. Powerball ticket worth $1 million
May 19, 2013 18:44 GMT
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket sold in Tennessee barely missed winning a share of an estimated $590.5 million prize. But the ticket has a nice consolation prize worth $1 million.
Officials say the Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Chattanooga.
There's no word yet on who won.
A Powerball ticket sold at a supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla., matched all six numbers selected Saturday night for the estimated $590.5 million prize. It's the highest Powerball jackpot in history.
The winning numbers were 10, 13, 14, 22 and 52, with a Powerball of 11.
