6th District Congressional Candidate Lou Ann Zelenik is hit with a contempt of court order and she's blaming her opponent, Congresswoman Diane Black. Zelenik failed to show up for a deposition in Wilson County on July 12th. Her campaign manager says a judge agreed to reset the deposition to August 8th but the attorney in the case still field a contempt order. Zelenik's Camp is accusing her opponent, Congresswoman of working behind the scenes to damage her reputation. Its a charge Congresswoman Black's Campaign flatly denies. Spokesperson, Jennifer Coxe-Baker says Zelenik is accusing her opponent instead of taking responsibility for breaking the law. An attorney for Zelenik has filed a counter motion, calling the contempt order frivolous. Both motions will be heard by a judge in September.

Tenn. Powerball ticket worth $1 million

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket sold in Tennessee barely missed winning a share of an estimated $590.5 million prize. But the ticket has a nice consolation prize worth $1 million.
Officials say the Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Chattanooga.
There's no word yet on who won.
A Powerball ticket sold at a supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla., matched all six numbers selected Saturday night for the estimated $590.5 million prize. It's the highest Powerball jackpot in history.
The winning numbers were 10, 13, 14, 22 and 52, with a Powerball of 11.
