The list of charges against Stephen Eugene Beck is long.
He faces 38 counts total in Wilson and Rutherford County for allegedly raping two female relatives.
Authorities filed them last year but Beck didn't show up to court after paying his bonds totaling more than a million dollars.
"It's my belief he is still in Tennessee or in an adjacent state to Tennessee," said Wilson County Deputy Bob Harrison.
Deputy Harrison has followed up on leads as far away as Alaska
He says Beck planned his escape months in advance and even brought supplies.
"Many of us in law enforcement community believe certain family members are still assisting him providing financial aid or other aid to evade capture," said Harrison.
The District Attorney General is now considering charging those family members according to Harssion and the heat on Beck won't end there.
Authorities increased the reward to $2000 and Wednesday they released new pictures of the fugitive.
"When you have an individual who has previously molested children of course they're going to do it again. Keeping him away from other victims is our number one priority," said TBI Spokesperson Kristin Helm.

Tenn. Powerball ticket worth $1 million

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket sold in Tennessee barely missed winning a share of an estimated $590.5 million prize. But the ticket has a nice consolation prize worth $1 million.
Officials say the Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Chattanooga.
There's no word yet on who won.
A Powerball ticket sold at a supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla., matched all six numbers selected Saturday night for the estimated $590.5 million prize. It's the highest Powerball jackpot in history.
The winning numbers were 10, 13, 14, 22 and 52, with a Powerball of 11.
