Tonight, the spirit of cooperation between the event's inspection agency and government inspectors has taken another blow.
The breakdown came after a number of citations and disqualifications of horses that veterinarians working with celebration say have no signs of abuse.
That has event organizers calling foul play on the government agency.....
In an empty stadium Maggie-Mae White takes the ride she didn't get to take earlier in the day.
White says,” It was my last youth year so I was hoping I could go out and I could win this one and the championship Monday.”
Just before White took to the saddle- USDA inspectors disqualified her horse, major.
White says, “They are accusing me of abusing and soring my horse which I would never do I love him to death.”
But officials of "show" the independent horse inspection agency say white and her horse were victims of retaliation by the USDA.
Stephen Mullins says, “I believe that there are some rouge USDA inspectors that are out to ruin this show and this horse and this young lady were caught in the cross hairs 4-02-33
"Show" claims the certain agents with the USDA are disqualifying horses on false claims just to hurt the business and get back at the organization for filing an action to have a judge better define the horse protection act for the USDA inspections.
But the Humane Society of the United States says USDA officials have no reason to take such action.
Keith Dane says, “The idea that USDA agent’s veterinarians would have some sort of an agenda or a vendetta is absurd.”
The Humane Society says they fully support the USDA regulations.
They say even as the horse was inspected in front of our cameras there could have been procedures done to alter the horse’s reaction to pain
Dane says, “We know that they are using numbing agents we know that they are using inject able drugs.”
White claims her horse has never been abused... She says a dream has she has held for years has been crushed.
White says, “Getting to win your world championship and go back and win your world grand championship and I am not allowed to do either of them.”
She says hours of training and time driving from Michigan -even missing her first day of school have all been for not.
Show did swab white's horse for chemicals used in soring- they expect the results in the next week.
But the humane society says even the swabbing process should examined as far as what is swabbed and who examines the results.

2 appellate court judges are stepping down
May 24, 2013 21:29 GMT
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Two Tennessee appellate court judges have notified Gov. Bill Haslam that they will not run for another term on the bench in the August 2014 retention election.
Patricia J. Cottrell, a judge on the Court of Appeals, and Joseph M. Tipton, who sits on the Court of Criminal Appeals bench, will both leave after September of next year.
The announcements come after the state legislature left Tennessee without a way to replace judges who step down or die when a commission expires at the end of next month.
Members of the soon-to-be-defunct Judicial Nominating Commission will make recommendations for replacements to give to Haslam before the panel expires. Haslam will appoint the replacements from those recommendations.
