WBFF Fox 45 :: Plane Crash Kills Couple, Reportedly Sumner Co. Residents
A well-known and beloved Sumner County couple were killed in a plane crash in Cullman County, Alabama.

The FAA is investigating what caused the crash but confirms the plane was flying from Destin, Fla. to the Sumner County Airport in Gallatin.

octor Gary Cohen confirm the victims were Dr. Cohen and his wife Nancy. Messages of shock, and condolences poured in on Facebook and Twitter Monday night and Tuesday morning.

Doctor Cohen's practice is called Smile Construction. They have offices in White House, Gallatin and Hendersonville. They were members of first Baptist Church of Hendersonville.

Firefighters find body in burned Memphis house

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Fire officials say a man's body was found in a burned house in Memphis.

The Memphis Fire Department says 35 firefighters and other emergency personnel responded to a blaze Monday morning at a one-story house in the Uptown neighborhood.

Firefighters searched the home after they put out the blaze. Fire officials say the body of a man was found in the living room area.

The man's identity has not yet been released. The cause of death is being investigated.

Officials say the home has fire, water and smoke damage. The cause of the fire also is under investigation.
